82 RAILROAD COMMISSIONERS HERE

A special train over the C. & O. road consisting of five Pullmans and a baggage car passed through the city this afternoon from Washington D. C. to Cincinnati, bearing eighty-two railroad commissioners of several states on a tour of inspection over the principal railroad lines of the United States.

The party left Chicago over a week ago and have been continuously traveling since. The special stopped here several minutes to allow the commissioners to procure luncheon, after which it pulled out for Cincinnati. The tour of the commissioners is expected to last several weeks yet.
