POLITICAL.-Capt. G. A. Mushbach has returned from Prince George county, where he yesterday, at Disputanta, near Petersburg, addressed a meeting composed of over twelve hundred democrats, two hundred of whom were colored men. He was followed by two colored men, who made sensible democratic speeches and were loudly applauded by their race, many of whom in that county have cut loose from Mahone. Captain M. gives most encouraging reports from that section of the State, and says there are a number of colored democratic clubs forming all through the "Black Belt."
