HIGH PRAISE FOR CLERK RUSS
His Administration Formally Commended by Judge Moore and Solicitor Pou.
Solicitor Pou yesterday made a report to the Hon. Fred Moore, judge presiding at this term of court, stating that he had at this term carefully examined into the administration of the office of the clerk, W. M. Russ, and added:
"I find that said clerk has made many improvements in the conduct of his office. He is requiring many old and unsettled administrations to be closed on his books. He has required guardians to renew their bonds according to law. He has examined and caused to be put in their proper place all of the old papers and records in his office and he has inaugurated many other improvements which will inure to the public benefit."
