California is Coming.—We see by our exchange papers that the citizens of California have organized an independent government similar to that of Texas and the United States. Large bodies of emigrants are about starting for that beautiful country from Missouri and the other Western States. The carpenter at the Capitol may as well be getting two new seats prepared for the forthcoming Senators from the New State of California.
