The morning service was conducted by the Junior church officers with Rev. B. H. Hunter presiding. Mr. Edward Larson, director at Ober Boys club was guest speaker. Music was provided by the Young Adult Choir.
The evening services was dispensed with and all officers, choir and members were urged to attend the Minnesota State Baptist district Convention at Zion Baptist church in Minneapolis.
Mrs. Nenada Adams is a patient in St. Joseph's hospital. Other shut-ins are convalescing at their homes. Your visits and calls are always appreciated.
An interesting topic will be discussed at 6:30 p.m. July 19. by a group of teen-age girls at the B.T.U. hour. The subject will be "Pardon Me. Is Your Religion Showing-" Mrs. Orean Rawlings is instructor of junior department of girls.
Rev. H. W. Botts Sr., pastor emeritus of Zion Baptist church will be guest speaker for Men's Day July 26. Mr. Yuker Cassell is general chairman.
The membership will participate in the anniversary services for Rev. Joseph Jackson of Pilgrim Rest Baptist church in Minneapolis, July 21. at 8 p.m. Rev. Hunter will speak and the Senior and Young adult choirs will supply music.
