Full Text

To Correspondents.
We have been a great deal from home during the past five weeks, and in that time quite a number of letters have accumulated on our table--some inquiring after one thing, and some another. Some contain notes and accounts against us, supposed to be coming here, or supposed to be expiring here. We have not answered these letters, and will not attempt to do so. In every instance we throw these aside, and shall continue to do so. We are no advertising office--we have no time to look after other people's business--we have more of our own on hand than we can do justice by--and we say again, that we don't intend to be engaged by such calls upon us. We have, for years, attended to such matters, as a matter of accommodation. We are compelled to quit it, and in future, we will neither give such letters our attention, or turn aside to answer them.
