The Jacksonville Times-Union of Saturday contained the following: Ed. S Cravens of Pensacola, who has been located at Chipley since August, conducting the West Florida business of the S P Shotter Naval Stores Company, was among the guests at the Aragon yesterday. Mr. Cravens is en route from Savannah to Chipley. "West Florida" said Mr. Cravens, has just commenced to develop. I notice a marked difference in that section of the state Chipley, the most progressive town between Tallahassee and Pensacola is growing rapidly. -About five miles of rail has been laid on the new railroad, which is to run from Eufaula to St Andrews Bay. and laborers and teams are busy on the new road, rushing it to completion. -My business keeps me away from home a great deal and I am satisfied to remain at Chipley rather than to move back to Pensacola."

Mr. Cravens called on I. L. Moses of the Standard Naval Stores Company here yesterday on business matters This company is a branch of the Shotter company. Mr. Cravens leaves this morning for his headquarters.
