Full Text
All Prospect of Peace are vanished, and great Probability, instead thereof, that the Flame of War will extend itself further, both in the North and South of the Continent of Europe; for Powers that have hitherto been neutral, are arming, and in Motion.
Strange that the restless French should persuade the whole Earth to be the Dupes of their Ambition!
The Resignation of Mr. PITT seems to have made no Alteration, in the vigorous Prosecution of the War, nor has it broke in upon the Unanimity of the Nation, in supporting therein; and the Marks of Royal Favour, he has received even since his Resignation, shews he is still acceptable to his Master, and will secure him as much Weight as ever in the House, where I doubt not but he will be still a Patriot.

Event Details
Prospects of peace have vanished, with high probability that war will extend further in North and South Europe as neutral powers arm and mobilize. French ambition is blamed for deceiving the world. Pitt's resignation has not changed the war's prosecution or national support, and he continues to receive royal favor and parliamentary weight as a patriot.
