Phone Subscribers to Strike.

The two hundred subscribers of the Delaware and Atlantic Telephone Company at Chester are going to go on a strike against the company unless it fixes a uniform rate per 'phone. At a very largely attended meeting last night it was discovered that the company had several different rates within the same territory. A committee was appointed to serve notice that unless the rate was reduced they would take service from some other company. The rates run from $60 to $120 per year.
