HARTFORD, FEB. 27

In our last we mentioned the death of Capt. Caleb Bull: we have now to add the death of Mr. Joseph Bull, of this city, merchant, and Capt. Frederick Bull, of Windsor, lately of this city. In these instances, we have been presented with a striking picture of the frailty of human nature. Mr. Caleb Bull, and Mr. Frederick Bull, were two of nine brothers, a remarkably industrious, healthy and flourishing family. Mr. Joseph Bull was a near relation, as healthy and active as they: and for some years past had been a boarder in Mr. Caleb Bull's family. Mr. Caleb Bull was taken sick on Sunday evening, the 5th of this month. The next Sunday he was a corpse. On the Tuesday following he was buried. Mr. Frederick Bull and Mr. Joseph Bull were both of them well enough to be about at the time of his funeral, tho' as the day was very stormy, they neither of them went to the grave. On Tuesday night they were both confined: and in the evening of the following Monday, within five minutes of each other they died. On Wednesday their funeral was attended. A procession of Free Masons preceded the bodies, which moved from the house of the late Caleb Bull, to the North meeting, where tho the day was stormy, there was as large an assembly of people, as perhaps was ever seen in this city, on a similar occasion. The funeral services consisted of two very interesting, pertinent and solemn prayers by the Rev. Mr. Strong and the Rev. Mr. Perkins; an excellent sermon by the Rev. Mr. Flint, accompanied by intermediate music. The diseases of which these three gentlemen died, were very similar, and they were sick about the same length of time.

"In a moment shall they die, and the people shall be troubled at midnight, and pass away; and the mighty shall be taken away without hand."
