FEDERAL EMERGENCY RELIEF ADMINISTRATOR, COMING TO NOME SOON

KETCHIKAN, July 18. Jacob Baker, Assistant Federal Emergency Relief Administrator, arrived here today. He planned to fly to Juneau to confer with Governor John W. Troy soon. He then intends going as far as Nome. He stated he was not investigating anything, but inquired as to facilities for small homes in southeastern Alaska. He admitted that a plan had been submitted to the Relief Administration concerning the colonization of territory adjacent to the Alaska Railroad.
