Thomasville Students Debate Cuban Annexation.

Thomasville, Ga., May 31.—The commencement exercises of the South Georgia Institute were continued last night. Leo Wise played an instrumental solo on the piano. Richard Mitchell, Bryan Blackshear, Louis Jerger, Albert Smith, Willie Cooper, Henry Stegerman and Amos Thrupp gave declamations, the medal being taken by Willie Cooper.

The question, "Should Cuba Be Annexed to the United States?" was debated, Joseph Sparks and Joseph Craigmiles being on the affirmative and John Lewis and William Hamilton on the negative.

The judge decided that the negative had the best of the argument.
