HEDGESVILLE.

Miss Lida Kiner is a guest of her sisters at this writing.

Rev. Mrs. Yost is visiting her parents at this place.

Mrs. Dr. Harris is visiting her parents at Caroline, Va.

Mr. John Startzman returned to his home in Ohio this week.

We are sorry to note the illness of Rev. Coe and Miss J. C. Cunningham.

Mrs. William Rickard, of Dayton, O., is visiting Mrs. Rickard at this place.

Mrs. Nannie Kitchen, of Georgetown, was buried at this place last Sunday.

Mr. Boyd Kilmer, who is in business at McKeesport, is at home at this writing and is looking well.

Rev. Wm. McPheison, of Easton, Talbot county, Md., is paying his sisters, Mrs. Jacques and Mrs. Kreglow, a visit.

Mrs. Mollie Beall has returned to her home in Sharpsburg, accompanied by Miss Cora Naylor and Master Paul Beall.

Cards are out for the marriage of Miss May Saville and T. Hedges, to take place at the bride's home on next Tuesday eve.

Rev. Ruark, of the First M. E. Church, will preach a special illustrated missionary sermon next Sunday (tomorrow) night.

Among the arrivals this week are Robert Thomas, of Philadelphia, visiting his mother; Robert Snodgrass, of Kentucky: Mrs. Northam, of Baltimore, visiting Mrs. Walter Vermilyea; Thomas Smaltz and Mrs. Snyder, of Harrisburg.

Messrs. Arlington Rousch, Dr. McKinsey Stephen Snodgrass, Misses Boydie Faulkner, Bessie Stewart and Edith Appleby came out to our village one evening this week and spent the evening at Mt. Clifton, returning to Martinsburg in the morning.
