THE SECOND DISTRICT COURT.

Sixth Day of the May, 1889, Term-

His Honor H. W. Weir, C. J., Presiding.

J. S. Childs et al vs T J Edgington et al.-Demurrer sustained as to date of filing of liens and overruled as to all other points; and plaintiff is allowed five days to amend complaint and defendants are to have 20 days in which to answer-they waiving service of amended complaint.

In the matter of the petition of George S. Callahan and W S Brodhead for an order declaring the office of Probate Judge vacant.-Placed on the calendar. A bench warrant was ordered issued.

Alda B Riggen vs S P Miles.- Motion for judgment on pleadings taken under advisement.

Robert Wheeling vs Mrs E J Stevens.-Referred to Clerk to liquidate. Judgment ordered.

J H Drake, respondent, vs P H Kinney, appellant.-Motion to dismiss taken under advisement.

David Adler & Sons vs M H Lipman.-Referred to Clerk to liquidate.

Arthur Smith vs Standard M Co.- Argument on demurrer overruled. Ten days to answer.

J B Oldham et al vs J F Cliff et al.-Demurrer withdrawn. Ten days to answer.

W N Brown, respondent, vs Mrs Mary Moore, appellant.-Default of respondent entered.

John Hunter vs School District No 7.--Demurrer withdrawn; 20 days to answer. Trial not to be delayed, and both sides agree to the taking of depositions.

R J Bledsoe vs L W Walker.- Demurrer withdrawn. Twenty days to answer. Trial not to be delayed.

L Hall vs E B Hall-Demurrer withdrawn. Ten days to answer.
