SCHOOL STAFFS TALK PROBLEMS

Seven members of the unit 4 schools faculty and admin met Saturday in Danville first meeting of its process common problems as salary, school tax rates and income, professionalization of teachers, effect of increasing enrollment, and the need for school facilities.

They were Lois Drury, president, Marion Johnson, Charles Koe, and E. H. Mellon, superintendent of schools. Also attending the meeting, which was sponsored by the Danville Education association, were representatives of Decatur and Springfield schools.

Another such meeting will be held in Champaign during February for further study of problems.
