On September 15 Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Sweringen, formerly of Calexico, will take over the management of the Oregon hotel at Fifth and Broadway, and will make a feature of the tea room and dancing parties at the well known establishment during the coming season.

Mr. and Mrs. Sweringen have a wide circle of friends and acquaintances throughout the valley, having for several years taken a prominent part in social affairs at Calexico and El Centro.

Until the fifteenth of this month Mr. Sweringen will remain at Calexico to complete architectural work on hand at that place.
