Extract of a Letter from Vienna, April 27.

"A Report prevails here that the Emperor has declared to the foreign Ministers that he cannot look with an indifferent Eye on the great Advantages which the Russians have gained over the Ottomans, and that he is resolved to make Use of his Forces to oppose the Passage of the former over the Danube, should they attempt it to augment their Conquests; that, in Consequence, he has sent Prince Lobkowitz to Petersburg to inform the Empress of this Resolution; and that if her Answer, which is expected the 10th of next Month, should not be conformable to his Expectation, he will immediately order his Troops to prevent the Russians from passing the Danube."
