Our Military.-Messrs. William W. Lee and Charles M. Blackford, who were appointed a committee on the part of the 'Wise Volunteer Troop,' to confer with the Governor in regard to the equipment of the Troop, returned from their visit to Richmond on Saturday last. They succeeded in procuring carbines, sabres, and all other necessary accoutrements for the thorough equipment of the company. The troop had their first drill on Saturday, at the College grounds, at which time sixty-three members answered to their names.
