Second Ballots in Germany.

The results of 101 second ballots, taken Friday and Saturday, resulted as follows:
The Social Democrats won 24 constituencies,
the National Liberals 16, Conservatives 13,
Radical Unionists 6, Free Conservatives 4, Simon
Richterists 15, Democrats 7, Clericals 7, Radical
pure Anti-Semites 4, Poles 3. The 316 constituencies,
of which the elections have been held, are thus divided among the parliamentary
groups: Clericals 75, Social Democrats 53, Conservatives and Agrarians 57, National
Liberals 35, Radical Unionists 11, Poles 15,
Free Conservatives 14, Independent Clericals
7, Richterists 15, Alsatians 7, Democrats 15, Anti-Semites
?. Of the 316 deputies whose
elections have been reported, 165 will enter
the Reichstag opposed to the army bill and
150 favoring. Eighty-one constituencies are
