THE ALAMO PLAZA SHOOTING.

Officer Raffee Makes An Additional
Statement.

In regard to the Alamo plaza shooting
affray yesterday morning. Officer Raffeo
says that when he reached the scene McKenzie
was standing in front of the door
of the back in which Gallagher had been
shot, instead of the door of the saloon
and that McKenzie did not give him the
gun, but that he snatched it from the
man as soon as he reached the scene.

He also says that Deputy Sheriff
Shields of Tom Green county, assisted
him in securing Gallagher's pistol, when
that man thrust it out of the hack to
shoot.
