FROM HAVANA.

Norfolk, February 7.—Capt. Banks, of schooner Princess Anne, arrived here yesterday morning, in 8 days from Havana, informs that the U. S. frigate Constellation, capt. Woolsey, and brig Spark, Lt. com. Newton, from Vera Cruz were there, all well; the latter to sail for Norfolk or New York in a few days. Capt. Woolsey, we are gratified to learn, was much improved in health.

The U.S. ship Hornet, capt. Woodhouse, sailed from Havana 27th ult. for Key West, all well.

A Spanish fleet, consisting of 10 or 12 sail of vessels, bound for Cadiz under convoy of a frigate and two gun brigs, sailed 28th January.

The Princess Anne was boarded off Matanzas on the evening of the 28th ult. from the Colombian brig of war Liberator, capt. Bartlett, who treated them politely, and after making some enquiries respecting the Spanish fleet, took their departure.

Capt. Banks fell in, on his outward passage, 15th ult. in lat. 29, 26, long. 75, 12, with part of the wreck of a vessel, and on the night following (16th) in lat 28, 30, long. 74, 44, came in contact with another, keel up.
