It is by no means our general rule to exclude domestic affairs to give preference to those of a foreign nature--But so interested are the public feelings in the present situation of European politics that we deem it necessary to give copious details on the subject, The contents of the last Gazette, with what we publish this day, appear full and satisfactory -Many interesting articles are necessarily deferred till our next.
We owe some apology to our readers for the unfavorable typographical appearance of a few late numbers of the Gazette which has been owing to a disappointment in our ink. We hope immediately to remedy this inconvenience.
