Full Text

The heirs of Fred Wallbaum, murdered down in Pahranagat Valley by McLane and McIntire, write out from the States that they desire the power of attorney given by them to one Moore, a brother-in-law, revoked. W. E. Griffin was appointed administrator of the Wallbaum estate, and after settling matters, and the Court approving of the same, about eight thousand dollars were turned over to Moore. After getting the money said Moore returned to his home in the States, and it appears pocketed the coin for his own benefit. Fred Wallbaum used to tell of having a brother-in-law by the name of Moore back in the States, and that he looked upon him as a thief. This must be the Moore.
