TUESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 1810.

From Washington, Tuesday, Dec 4.
The house met this day at the usual hour; but the Senate did not form a quorum until one o'clock, so that the joint committee who were appointed to wait on the President, did not make their report until two. At two o'clock Messrs. Dawson and Shaw who were of the committee on the part of the house, reported that they had waited on the President, and that he had appointed to-morrow at 12 o'clock to send his message to both houses of Congress. Immediately after the report the house adjourned.
