Leghorn, July 15. O. S. The Master of an English Ship arrived here from Minorca, says, That Admiral Haddock was enter'd into Port Mahon with nine Men of War and a Fireship, had landed a Regiment of Foot to reinforce the Garrison, and was to stay there till further Orders; and the Masters of divers Ships arrived from Barcelona report, that they are raising Seamen on the Coasts of both Catalonia and Valencia, to be employ'd on board a Spanish Squadron at Cadiz, which, they say, is to consist of 12 Men of War, whereof one is to carry 84 Pieces of Cannon.
