London, July 10. The Beaufort, Capt. Bolton, from Bengal, &c. in the Service of the East-India Company, is arrived, and the Queen Caroline, Capt. Wilkie, from Mocha and Bombay. By these Ships we have the bad News, that the Derby, Capt. Abraham Anselm (a Ship of 20 Guns, and upwards of 90 Men,) in her Passage to Bombay, had in a Calm been attacked by a Number of Grabs and Row-boats full of Men belonging to Angria, the famous India-Pyrate; and having spent all her Powder, and many of her Hands being killed or wounded, the Pyrates boarded, took and carried her off, together with some Gentlemen and Ladies Passengers. She had on board the Value of 50,000 l. of which 15,000 l. was in Stores. She is the first Ship in the Company's Service the Pyrates were able to take.
