Rochester, Sept. 23.—North American Seceders met at the court house this a. m. Walker presiding. Edward Loster read an address giving a history of the North American party and various intrigues connected with it and recommend a convention to sympathise with the Fillmore Americans for the overthrow of the Republicans. Address adopted. Recess till p. m. The regular American convention had not organized at noon, owing to the large number of delegates present, and the time taken in submitting credentials.
