Many outstanding personalities of the AME Zion Church will be present. He will be assisted by Bishop James Clair Taylor and President Rufus E. Clement of Atlanta University
The Annual Sermon will be delivered by Rev. William D. Potter. pastor of Shaw Temple AME Zion Church, Atlanta.
Bishop Shaw has been outstanding in his services to the church as a mission pastor, city pastor, presiding elder and general officer.
He became nationally known as secretary of the Home Mission and Pension Department. It was thru his genius that a Pension Department was set up for the worn out and retired ministers of the Great Church.
As secretary of the Home Mission Department over a 100 churches have been bought and paid for.
He has extended Zion to every section of the United States and abroad. He has administered faithfully over a million dollars of the church's finance. A bus will leave Shaw Temple AMe Zion Church Sunday, November 30 at 8 a. m.
