There will be a very brief meeting tonight of the City Commission, Acting City Manager Edwin Trevor announced during the day.
After passing legislation making the final payment of $10,000 on a loan from the bank dated in 1924, the commission will recess out of respect for Commissioners Louis and John Carbonell.
Mrs. Katherine Ellen Carbonell, mother of Commissioner Louis Carbonell, died yesterday morning, and Juan Carbonell, father of Commissioner John Carbonell, died lately in Tampa.
