HALLOWE'EN.

Dear Editor:

I am going to write about Hallowe'en. It comes on the last day of October. On Hallow-een the children have fun.

Once there was a story told about some brownies. There was a widow woman. Some brownies wanted to have some fun so they made up their minds to do someone some good. They went to the widow's house. They had some pumpkin faces. They put them on the fence posts. Then they went to work and sawed her wood for her and piled it in front of her door so when she got up in the morning she could not get out of her door. She was very proud of what they did for her.
