"Ginney" Brandhoff and "Dude" Schrichte Snagged Where the Wurzburger Flows
The following letter received by the Press from friends in Canada explains itself:
Montreal, Canada.
August 19, 1924.
To the Butler County Press.
Gentlemen:
We desire to correct the statement made by the local press stating we were on our way to Bermuda Islands, which was our first intentions (we was but we ain't). After a few hours (and dollars) spent in Montreal we have decided to stay here—every minute possible. Volstead has no chance here. MOLSON'S AND DOW'S ALE IS GOOD AND STRONG.
GEORGE BRANDHOFF.
CHARLES SCHRICHTE.

Main Argument
correcting the local press statement that they were heading to bermuda islands; after spending time and money in montreal, they have decided to stay there as long as possible because volstead act (prohibition) has no effect and molson's and dow's ale is good and strong.
