ARRANGEMENTS.

Richmond, Oct. 9.—The gentlemen, who went as a Deputation from Norfolk and from this city, saw General La Fayette in Philadelphia, and came to the following arrangement as to the route which Gen. La Fayette will pursue in his visit to Virginia:—He will embark at Alexandria on the 17th inst. in the afternoon, accompanied by the military staff of the Governor, and will arrive at York on the 18th to dinner—on the 21st he will visit Williamsburg, and on the 22d will ride by way of Green Spring to James Town, where he will embark about noon, on board a steamboat for Norfolk. He will remain at Norfolk several days, and will go thence to Richmond.—From Richmond, he will visit Fredericksburg, Montpelier, Monticello, &c.
