Cholera.-As the season advances, the Cholera makes its appearance at the South. It has already commenced its fearful ravages on the banks of the Ohio and the Mississippi. On board of one steamboat arrived at Louisville for New Orleans, seventeen of the passengers died of that disease. The Savannah Georgian says, in an extract of a letter from Columbus, Geo, that the cholera is raging within thirty-five miles of that place,— and in the short space of a week had destroyed eight persons in one family. It was however abating.
