LONDON, Dec. 2. - Armored cars and cavalry supported with machine guns are patrolling the streets of Rome today, following the outbreak in which one person was killed and six wounded, said a news agency dispatch from the Italian capital.
Radical Socialists posted manifestos upon the walls of buildings eulogizing the Bolsheviks and urging the Italian workers to support the Russian revolutionaries.
The clash between troops and the radicals occurred while the latter were making a demonstration. The news agency dispatch said that the demonstrators first fired upon the troops and the latter replied by shooting into the crowd.
