Mexico Newspaper Men.

Mexico ought to have good newspapers—our newspaper men nearly all have titles. The Intelligencer, with Col. McIlhaney on the funny business and Col. Hutton to do the high tragedy. The "Daily Herald," with Col. Reddington to clip snake stories and John Roseberry, from the Pacific Slope, to do low comedy. The Mexico Press, with M. Y. Duncan (who ought to have a title) to furnish brains and Col. (short for Cornelius) Keeton to keep Duncan's brains from scattering. In fact, all the papers in Mexico have men of titles connected with them except the Ledger, which is kept booming by a boy without any title but "Bob."
