LONDON.

January 30. Commodore Keppel sailed from Kinsale in Ireland, Nov. 12, with the following force, viz.

Fougueux man of war, capt. Knight, of 74 Guns,
Nassau, capt. Sayer, of 70.
Dunkirk, capt. Digby, of 60.
Litchfield, capt. Barton, of 50.
Prince Edward, capt. Fortescue, of 40.
Roman Emperor, capt. Newcome, of 20.
Saltash sloop, capt. Stirling.
Fire Drake bomb, capt. Orrock.
Furnace bomb, capt. Falkener.
Cambridge and Lydia tenders, and transports, having on board Forbes's and another regiment.
