They write from Dresden, Aug. 14. That the Prussian Troops which were assembled on the Frontiers of the Upper Lusatia are in full March to Sagan. Tho' they are persuaded the Prussians have no Design to make an Irruption into that Province, they cease not to take all imaginable Precautions; and 'tis certain, the Count de Rudowski has Orders to march directly to Magdeburg, in case the said Troops commit the least Hostility in Lusatia. Yesterday the Count de Kollowrat arrived from Bohemia with Letters from the Duke of Saxe Weissenfels; and this Moment an Express brings Advice, that the two Armies are in March, that of the Prussians towards Smirnitz, and the Allies on the Side of the Elbe.
