Is Making an Examination of Milk Samples.
Food and Health Inspector Gibbons has for the last thirty-five days been up with the birds collecting samples of milk for examination. The city tests these samples for the standard of fats, and to ascertain if there are preservatives. On request of Dr. Bartlett these samples have been turned over to him, and he has been making an investigation.
Dr. Bartlett said yesterday:
"I have been making some personal observations, and they have nothing to do with typhoid. There is nothing in connection with the matter that would interest the public at present."
