An Aggressive Tramp.
Through advices from Toano, we learn of the incursions of an impetuous tramp, in the vicinity of Oiego. Having prospected the locality the covetous tender-foot insinuated himself into the section house, and was rewarded for his skill and labor by the discovery of $5 in coin and some Chinese artillery, which were at once appropriated to his own use and purposes. The theft being shortly after discovered, however, the thief was overhauled and taken to Toano, where a little legal suasion induced him to disgorge. Whether the despoiled Celestial has profited by the capture of the thief, is not, however, stated.
