The report concludes with a resolution that the Senators in Congress, from New York, be directed, and the Representatives be requested, to use their endeavors to procure the passage of a law authorizing the government of the United States to provide some foreign place to which persons convicted of felony, in the several States, may be transported by the sentence of the state courts.—Balt.
