IMPROVE MOUNTAIN RESORT, RAISE BIG FUND

Ray Edgar makes the welcome announcement that the government and San Diego county have together raised $25,000 for the improvement of the road up Pine Valley to that famous resort known as Laguna Mountain. This mountain is the very top of the ridge and the finest camping places in Southern California can be found at an elevation of 6500 feet.

By next summer this place will open to automobiles and will no doubt become extremely popular with Imperial valley people. The camping sites are to be leased from the government by communication with the forest ranger.

Several valley people have already made reservations of half acre plots for next summer's camping privileges.
