Full Text

Two more stage robbers have gone up. Leslie Webb and Jake Felshaw were convicted of robbing the Solomonville stage last January and given ten years each. A somewhat sensational feature of the defense was the testimony of Tom Jackson, who had already been sentenced to a life term for another stage "hold up," to the effect that he was also the perpetrator of the crime of which Webb and Felshaw were accused. One of the good Heney brothers was the concocter of the diabolical idea, but it didn't work. Tom Jackson will only serve one of his lives.
