On Saturday last our Convention adjourned sine die, after having completed the Ratification of the Constitution.
And Yesterday the Hon. Col. Hamilton, his worship the Mayor, Judge Hobart, Mr. Low; Mr. Roosevelt and several other gentlemen, Members of the Convention, arrived in town from Poughkeepsie.
Col. Hamilton, who has brought with him the ratification of the Constitution, signed by the President, we understand will have the honor this day to present it to Congress.
In the evening a salute of 13 guns was fired before the house of each Member of the Convention from this city, as a testimony of the abilities, integrity and faithfulness with which they have discharged their duty to their country.
