FLORIDA Election. The election for Governor, members of Congress, and members of the Legislature, took place in the new State of Florida, on the 23d ult. Wm. D. Moseley, dem., and R. K. Call, whig, are the candidates for Governor, and David Levy, dem., and B. A. Putnam, whig, the candidates for Congress. We have returns from two counties, St. John's and Duval, in which the democrats are successful, showing a considerable gain over previous elections, and leaving but little doubt that they have carried the State.
