The circulation of the Herald continues to increase. There is hardly a mail reaches us without bringing us such letters as the following from Mr. T. G. Vanderveer.

Bible Grove, Clay Co., Ills.
Sept. 1st., 1856.

Editor Herald: I have very recently learned that there is a paper published in Grayville, advocating the election of Fillmore and Donelson, if such is the case that you have unfurled to the breeze, the flag of Fillmore and the Union, I want you to send it to me, and on the receipt of the first number I will remit you the subscription price for one year in advance. I will also use my influence to get others to take it. Our little village is composed principally of Fillmore men, and should I think there might be a respectable number of subscribers obtained to a Fillmore paper.
