"IN HOT TAMALE LAND."

Added assurances of an overwhelming success were again given the Elks forthcoming theatrical offering when more than 40 of Nogales' most accomplished talent answered the call for meeting at the club rooms last evening, says Thursday's Herald.

Getting away with a flying start, these 40 enthusiastic singers and dancers started the ball rolling for a successful rendition of the musical comedy "In Hot Tamale Land" to be staged at the Lyric theater May 9-10 under the auspices of the local lodge of B. P. O. E., under the supervision of Eddie Jones.

With numerous popular song hits, clever dances and snappy dialogue the show will be given added interest by the appearance of Mrs. Eddie Jones in the dance numbers and the Jones class of juvenile aesthetic dancers in several numbers
