The Methodist Boom.

At the meeting at Travis Park Methodist church to-night, there will be delivered the last of a series of 14 sermons by Rev. Pinson, subject the "Prodigal Son," no doubt the last will be the best.

The congregations have steadily increased from the first until last night. A fall of some on account of the rain, but there was no abatement in interest.

After an excellent sermon several presented themselves for prayer. The services this morning were well attended, and a good meeting, several up for prayer and two to join the church. The meeting will be continued by Rev. Mr. Chapell. Services at 9:30 a. m. and 8:15.
