LOS ANGELES -- Every item of concern to BRTers on Santa Fe Coast Lines came under close examination during the reorganizational session April 18 to May 5 of the full general committee on that property.
Subcommittees were set up, strengthening organizational lines, and they handled individual matters pertaining to their particular craft.
Recommendations were referred to the entire general committee for action.
Serving on subcommittees were:
Road Appeals: C. F. Shepherd (430), G. H. Henderson (566), A. D. Reilly (739) K. M. Barnes (278) and P. B. Smith. L.W. Holley (812) served as chairman.
Yard Appeals: E. M. Fondy (1036), chairman; R. D. Hinton (1017), C. E. Gamble (930) and A. H. Smith (1001).
Yard Resolution: H. R. Hunter (566), chairman; W. W. Bishop (843), C. E. Cook (1042) and J. E. Lysaght (78).
Road Resolution: V. L. Queen (477), chairman; W. E. Kenson (757), L. E. Hornbeck (871) and L. J. Hadden (825).
Officers of the full general committee are: C. W. Morgan, chairman; P. B. Smith, vice-chairman, and C. E. Phelps, secretary.
