Highland avenue, NE.
Tuesday morning in Recorder's
court he was
bound over to the
Fulton County grand jury and held
under bond of $200.
Benson had to be carried into
the courtroom
because Sunday
night when police chased him down
Auburn avenue, he was knocked
down by an automobile. One of
his legs was broken.
Arresting officers
declared that
when they first approached Benson
he was trying to cut another
man.
