Full Text
We received the favor of our Richmond correspondent "H." too late for insertion this week. It was dated in time to have reached us on Friday morning; but, together with the daily papers of that morning, it laid over some place between Staunton and Richmond. We are now forced to go to press earlier than heretofore, in order to get our mail ready for the Valley stage, which leaves about 12 hours sooner than formerly. The letter of "H." is highly interesting, as his always are; and, believing it will not spoil by keeping, we will insert it on our first page, next week. Our little warning to "K." and "H." seems to have had the desired effect, and they promise to be more punctual in future. Our readers will doubtless be pleased at this announcement, as it affords us pleasure to make it.
